Project on Establishing a Social Enterprise in Cau Ong Lanh Ward
The project on establishing a Social Enterprise in Cau Ong Lanh Ward aims to develop a business model operating under market mechanisms while being closely aligned with a social mission.
The project focuses on creating stable employment and improving income for workers, particularly informal workers and vulnerable groups; gradually restructuring small-scale business activities toward a more connected, professional, and efficient model.
Through these efforts, the social enterprise contributes to balancing economic growth with social responsibility at the local level.
Project on Establishing the Business Legal Support Center of Cau Ong Lanh Ward
This project is identified as a foundational initiative aimed at helping enterprises access legal knowledge in a practical, timely, and effective manner.
The Center provides initial legal assistance, acting as a form of 'legal first aid' for enterprises and household businesses; disseminates and updates essential legal regulations related to labor, taxation, commerce, safety, and fire prevention; and identifies as well as provides early warnings of common legal risks.
In addition, the Center serves as a bridge connecting enterprises with law firms and legal experts when in-depth consultation is required, thereby helping businesses proactively comply with legal requirements from the outset.
Project on Developing the 'Tourism Experience Market' Model
The development of the 'Tourism Experience Market' model represents an innovative direction that integrates commerce, culture, and tourism, in line with the characteristics of Cau Ong Lanh Ward as a central urban area.
Under this approach, traditional markets are not only places for trading goods but are also developed into spaces for cultural, culinary, and craft village experiences, thereby increasing the value of agricultural products, handicrafts, and local specialty products.
At the same time, this model aims to establish experiential tourism destinations that extend visitor stay duration and increase tourist spending, thereby creating sustainable livelihoods for small traders, artisans, and local residents.
